RICOH GR IV MONOCHROME MULTI-LANGUAGE OPTION

The multi-language option allows customers who purchased a RICOH GR IV Monochrome product to change the language menu,originally intended for domestic use, to a multi-language menu.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS MULTI-LANGUAGE UPDATE SERVICE IS ONLY AVAIALBLE TO CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THEIR RICOH GR IVMONOCHROME CAMERA FROM A RICOH IMAGING AMERICAS AUTHORIZED DEALER.

Important Notes When Requesting the Service

This service is only available upon request from the original purchaser who purchased the product from an Authorized Ricoh Imaging Americas Dealer.

To verify the purchase, we will request a copy of your original proof of purchase and verify the product serial number.

This service is limited to one use per person and one product only.

This service must be requested directly by the customer who purchased the product. – Requests from authorized dealers orretailers will not be accepted.

We do not accept requests to change the language menu from products purcahsed in another region’s language menu. Therfore, please request this service in the country from where the product was purchased.

Once the language menu has been changed, it cannot be reverted to the original setting.

When sending the product via courier service, please ensure it is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
